About Nik Lakhani
I help service businesses fix messy follow-up, simplify their systems and use practical automation where it actually helps.
Why Business Owners Work With Nik
Most business owners don't need another theory. They need someone who can understand both the technical side and the human side of the business.
My background combines technology, communication, training and implementation. Most business owners already know something isn't working. The challenge is identifying where complexity is being created and deciding what to fix first.
My role is to help uncover those bottlenecks, simplify the moving parts and create practical systems people actually use.
Most Business Owners Don't Have A People Problem
Most business owners don't have a people problem.
They don't have an effort problem.
They have a systems problem.
Good enquiries arrive.
Good opportunities appear.
Then things get missed.
That is what I help fix.
Career Timeline
Over the past 40+ years, I've worked with technology and business systems across various roles. I've served as a Technical Director, built and led technical sales teams, and worked as a college lecturer and trainer.
I'm also a two-time Distinguished Toastmaster and UK & Ireland Toastmaster of the Year, which has honed my ability to explain complex technology in plain English to audiences globally.
Today, my focus is entirely on practical implementation—helping service businesses fix messy follow-up, simplify their systems, and use automation where it actually helps.
